Executive Coaching

Jen (also our CEO) specialises in supporting C-suite and senior leaders in achieving sustainable change as an Executive Coach (Association for Coaching), and accredited PROPHET Practitioner, building on over 20 years experience as a transformation, product and technology leader for global brands.  

Her coaching approach focuses on creating the space & mindset to help unblock leaders and support them to find their own solutions, while holding the necessary tension for growth. This helps leaders to bring their experience to the fore, reframing their thinking through testing assumptions, exploring different perspectives, and providing direct feedback grounded in business reality.

Jen’s practice incorporates carefully selected frameworks that serve executive development needs, creating an environment where leaders are safe to explore and challenge assumptions, enabling me to support the whole person in the context of the organisation.
